 Introduction:

About two years ago, Hector Garcia, pastor of Iglesia Restauracion in Campana, was strongly led to share with troubled children in his area. He shared this desired with Iglesia Restauracion and confirming with the other pastors and both churches, it was decided that this was a ministry that must get top priority.

A large number of boys spent most of their off school time playing in the streets on hanging around with the wrong crows.

Recent statistics show that children enter gangs and start using drugs by the age of six years old; this puts an even stronger urgency into our hands to do something to prevent more children to be lost.

To date, Iglesia Restauracion has established 2 Moses Projects: one in Campana y the second in the area of Los Naranjos.  Campana's project has on average 30-40 children on attendance,  27 (10-16 yrs. old) have committed to the program. San Pedro Sula's counts with 20 (7-16 yrs. old) committed.

The program includes, 3 weekly bible studies,  weekly sports activities, community services (street cleaning, bridge painting, help with medical brigades, participate in activities at Iglesia Restauracion, repairing of roads.)

Currently, 10 children have given their lives to Christ, 50% of them have stopped consuming cigarettes, alcohol, marihuana, cocaine, crack, stopped betting and 14% have cut their ties with gangs.
